Iota Fitness is a fitness program that is fun, challenging and extremely effective. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
The workouts that we do are scalable to EVERYONE’S individual abilities – even those who have never trained. If you are a committed individual regardless of your experience, then this is the program for you. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, but not kind. Military, police officers, skiers, cyclist, businessmen, students, grandparents and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
Our programmed workouts will improve all aspects of your fitness including strength, endurance, stamina, agility, balance, speed, power, flexibility, coordination and accuracy.
