Iota Fitness is excited to announce the return of our Foundations class! We know stepping into the gym can be overwhelming for someone who’s never tried structured group fitness classes. This is your opportunity for slower paced, more personalized training with an emphasis on form and technique.

The class is held twice a week and runs for 6 weeks on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:15 p.m. The cost is $50.

Foundations is designed to prepare you to join the ongoing group classes by safely introducing technique and mechanics first and then intensity. Bring a friend/spouse/co worker, anyone who is interested in their own fitness journey.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of fitness, including proper squat form, Olympic lifting techniques, and other key basics to participate in our regular High Intensity Internal Training classes.
