Iota Fitness offers high intensity workouts and Olympic and power lifting with a renewed focus on overall fitness and mobility. Iota Fitness is different because of our community – no other gym has the coaches or the athletes we do. We don’t just provide a workout each day and a place to do it in; we support and provide the structure for you as an individual to use your physical strengths and your mental strengths in undertaking new skills and challenges may have never thought possible. Our coaches support you with the training and techniques needed for you to excel in your fitness goals, leading you to a better mind, body and attitude to live life to its fullest.
In short: (group classes + individual attention + nutritional advice)(your effort) = RESULTS!
What we do: Iota Fitness offers a strength and conditioning program designed to help you with life, fitness, health, and sport. Iota’s programming includes cardiovascular exercise, Olympic and Power lifting, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and mobility.
What is Iota Fitness? We are no ordinary gym, or coaches, and these are no ordinary workouts. We prescribe to, and coach the most effective, efficient training program using the leading edge training methods to drive performance. Our job is to put YOU in control of reaching your fitness goals by facilitating your listening, thinking, learning and being responsible for reaching those goals.
Our team is committed to help guide you on a course to maintain your motivation and produce results. Iota Fitness is not sport-specific and promotes a broad, inclusive and general physical fitness. Iota’s programming is designed for universal scalability – making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age or experience. Iota Fitness emphasizes the core principles of health and fitness, nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting.
Our goal is to empower and bring out the inner athlete in people of ALL fitness levels. If your goal is optimum physical competence then all of these general physical skills must be considered and through the CrossFit methodology they will be worked on. 1 – Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance 2 – Stamina 3 – Strength 4 – Flexibility 5 – Power 6 – Speed 7 – Coordination 8 – Agility 9 – Balance 10 – Accuracy (the 10 points above are thanks to Jim Crawley and Bruce Evans from Dynamax).
Now for the legal stuff.
