Fitness Challenge update!
I’ve got a lot of your times for wods
and weights for the lifts, but there are
still quite a few people who need to
finish their tests. You have the rest of
the week to finish, work on whatever you
need to and write it on the board. If I
didn’t get your name on the board and you
would like to compete put your scores on
the goal board by the shelves. I hope
everyone will have fun with this and push
each other to do better.
