Last call for CrossFit Kids 2016 sign-ups.  Coach Ryan won’t be here tomorrow so we are going to start Tuesday the 7th to give a few more ids some time to sin-up as well. This is out 5th year and it will be as fun as ever. This class is for Kids/Teens ages 10 and older. The classes will start on June 7th and run for 10 weeks through August 11th on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 8 am – 8:45 am with the complete schedule below. The registration fee of $100 will again include a t-shirt!!

June 7, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 27, 28, 30
July 5, 7, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 28
August 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 11
