Ice fight was so much fun. Thanks to all of the incredible volunteers that came, helped and made it run so smoothly.
I was super excited to watch so many friends compete especially those that train at CrossFit IoTA. Everyone did a GREAT job and we even managed to get a few podium spots as well. Daryl and Melissa finished 2nd in the Team Division and Sue too first in the female division! Brock, Tyler and Tom fought hard and represented well in a men’s division competing along side some giants!
