2-2-15 A Better Push-up

Happy Birthday to Andrew Dunlap on the 1st and Megan James.

This month we are going to work on Push-ups. The goal will be to do a set of 50 by the end of the month. We will be programming them Monday through Friday with the main focus being FORM with each set being unbroken! We will all do this together at the end or during the warm-up. I for one would LOVE to be able to rock out a set of 50 push-ups unbroken with perfect form.
