Just a reminder that we will have a limited number of classes tomorrow.

NORTH 5:15 am Strength or CrossFit, 6:15 am CrossFit, 7:00 am Strength, 9:00 am Strength

SOUTH 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:00 am and 9:00 am CrossFit – Cerissa will also be at the South Gym tomorrow night at 5:15 pm if anyone needs to jump in on a workout tomorrow afternoon.
