most peopleIf you’re looking for some fun on Saturday morning head over to the South or the North gym at 7:30 am. Rumors have it that the North gym will be doing a 30 min AMRAP 200m run 5 Thrusters (75#/55#) 1 Pullup, adding a pull-up with each round.
