MONSTER BASH 2014Individual and Team competition – October 25th. If you are looking for a really fun local throwdown, this will be a great one. All workout parameters are listed below, so come have some fun in Preston at the end of October. For those that went the first year we had a great time and definitely look forward to what they have planned in year 2!

CLICK HERE for the Individual Registration Page.  We will have a youth age division for people 14 – 17 years of age. CrossFit BTH’s 2nd Annual Monster Bash will be held August 30th, 2014.  This years event will be consolidated to one day (Saturday).

 
THIS YEAR WE ARE LIMITING THE REGISTRATIONS TO 60 INDIVIDUALS SO SIGN-UP SOON TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT.  IT WILL SELL OUT.
 
COST FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION IS $45 AND WILL INCLUDE A T-SHIRT.
 
Divisions will be as follows:
Mens and Women’s Individual
Youth (14 – 17 years old)
Master’s Men / Women (40+)
 
Requirements to Rx WOD’s:

Wall Balls: Women 14# to 9′ Target, Men 20# to 10′ Target’

Carry Odd Objects: Up to 60# for Women and 85# for Men

Possible Barbell Movements include Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Deadlift…Rx is at least 65# for Women and 95# for Men.

Toes 2 Bar or You may also do Knees 2 Elbow at 2:1 ratio. And you must touch your knees to your elbow for RX.
Box Jumps: 20″ for Women and 24″ for Men. You may step up (@ full hip extension) and still be RX.

Pull-Ups: Kipping and Butterflies will be allowed (Bands will be on site for SCALING if needed)

*There isn’t anything that isn’t scaleable or that will be asked to preform that is not on this list
