Min 1 – 1 SS -40# off 1 RM
Min 2 – 1 SS -30#

(then start back over at 50# off of your 1 RM)

200m Sled Pull (45#/25#)
15 KB Swing (53#/35#)
5 Wall Walk
(scale wall walk with 5 handstand hold for 5 sec)
