With the summer comes a few changes.  I have really seen some fantastic change personally and from all of the athletes that have taken the time to benefit from a strength day each month.  Starting tomorrow and going forward Wednesday mornings in Smithfield (North Gym) and Thursday afternoons in Logan (South Gym) will be strength classes and will not be CrossFit Classes.  Take this time to learn and make yourself better.  One last change will be that we will no longer be offering a 7:15 pm class M, Tu, Th at the South gym. So our schedule is as follows.
