Happy Birthday Coach Ryan Young!!

It’s time once again to get your kids signed up for Cache Valley’s only accredited CrossFit Kids affiliated program! We will be offering CrossFit Kids classes at both locations and space will be limited in both locations. The 30 classes will start on June 3rd and run through August 14 with the complete schedule below and will again include a water bottle and t-shirt.

June 3, 5, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 30
July 1, 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 21, 22, 28, 29, 31
August 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 14 (School starts the following week)

Get your kids signed up and pick-up and info sheet at the gym for additional details and information.

13 Toe To Bar

Coaches Challenge – 6 rounds
(this should only be done if you are under 13 min on the first 4 rounds. Keep your intensity up on this.)

ENDURANCE WOD’s
CrossFit On Day: (8x) 20 second sprint 10 second rest cover as much distance as possible
CrossFit Rest Day: 5k TT or 10k TT
