Once again we are rasing the coaching game in Cache Valley. Congratulations to Coach Cerissa Hebdon and Stacey Baker who completed the movement and Mobility Coaches course this weekend. Look for lots of great stuff from these two fantastic coaches.

tandy-bostonAnd of course we have an update from Tandy Olsen and the Boston Marathon. He completed the race in under 4 hours which was his goal. He said it was a lot of fun and that only his feet where sore.
