increase load at 4 and 8 min

Conditioning

10 Back Squat (95#/65#)
10 Toe to Bar

There is plenty of negative press about there about CrossFit and I generally have a feeling that those nipping at the heels are uninformed and just need to gripe or hate because they need to find something to gripe or hate on. I opened this article expecting more or the same old same old, but I was pleasantly surprised. This article has some solid, down to earth advice that I couldn’t agree more with. Kudos to the staff at IHC that took time get informed and to put this together. These are great reminders for all CrossFitters at any level.
