WHEww…. WE are through Cold War and I am SUPER proud that WE ALL pulled it off. I’m humbled every time we do an event at the incredible people we have in our community. Even those who volunteered and competed for the first time as part of our IoTA Family came through with flying colors!! I am blessed to call you each friends and appreciate all you do to help lift each other up. It was so incredible to watch all of our athletes perform at their best and represent us so well too…. but I digress, more on that later this week once things have settled in.
It’s time to get our 2014 nutrition challenge started!! Stacey has been doing a TON of great planning and work on this and we will roll everything out this week so stay up to date with what is happening and we will be throwing a TON of information at you. Let’s start with some basic information that you’re going to need.
If you’re just getting your feet wet with the Paleo diet…Then you’ve got a lot of reading to do! Takes some time and become familiar with the Paleo diet. We will then talk about it and answer any questions you may have at the nutrition meeting on Saturday Jan 11th at 9am at the North Gym.
