11-25-13 Thanksgiving Week Schedule

Last year we had a great time having a Thanksgiving WOD. If you would like to WOD on Thanksgiving we will be meeting at 7:45 am at the NORTH LOCATION (South will be closed) on Thursday for some Dodge Ball and then set up around 8 am for a TEAM WOD.  Also NO Yoga thursday night.

Friday we will also have a limited schedule on with classes offered at the North and South locations at 5:15, 6:15, 7, 9am and 5pm.

150 m sled Pull or 15 Cal Row
25 Wall Balls (20#/10′ – 14#/9′)
50 Double Unders / 100 singles

Congrats to all the runners this past weekend at the Turkey Trot.  It looks like quite a few of you got out and had a fun run!! I managed to find a few on Facebook as well as had a few sent to me.  Thanks!!
