I’ve had a few people as about a vest.  The vests from Ironwear Fitenss are what Brett and I have and are far and away superior to anything else on the market.  They also have mens and women’s cuts, so you can’t go wrong there either.

  1. And just so you know…. after you wear a vest….while doing oh say Murph… you will be sore… like you can’t believe!!!! hahaha… Still feeling it from Monday….but, it was a great work out!.. Way harder than I thought it would be, but fun at the same time:)!
